Typically we offer rates of return ranging from 8%-18% per year. While being significantly higher than what they have historically returned in their retirement portfolio, we still demonstrate extreme caution on all real estate transactions that we participate in. Usually, our financial investors’ money, whether it be from their IRA or elsewhere, is collateralized by the real estate as is always secure. We ensure that all of our investors are under an 80% collateral position (at least a 20% equity position), of the after repaired value, of the real estate transactions they are lending on.
